You will be part of the team automating manual HR processes through Robotics Process Automation (RPA), allowing the HR Services organization to globalize their services with unlimited scalability. HR Services Solutions (HRSS) organization delivers technology solutions to meet the needs of its parent organization Employee Services. HRSS is investing in robotic process automation (RPA) to help eliminate manual work required as part of delivering services to employees, managers, and HR team members. We have ambitious targets for adding significant business value over the next three years. We are looking to hire a Sr. Product Manager Technical to lead this effort. The role will be part of HRSS and report to Senior Manager, Automation Products and Services. We are looking for someone with expertise and experience managing technical products, solid business acumen, and a successful track record of delivering automation solutions. As
· Bachelor’s degree · Technical background, understanding, and expertise in IT systems and applications. · Prior experience leading product areas and programs. · Experience working with HR processes. · Experience working with global teams. · Technology experience and expertise beyond RPA. · Experience working with system integrator partners. · Experience working in fast-paced multi-part teams. · Demonstrated data-driven decision-making skills. · Strong communication and writing skills. · Solid business acumen and understanding of business processes.
