Amazon Linehaul’s Strategic Initiatives team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to drive large scale product, program, and technical initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in a huge growth area for Amazon. An ideal candidate has an extensive background in product, program, and technical leadership for large scale strategic initiatives. S/he has the ability to influence teams, create product/program visions, drive requirements documentation and execution, manage complex multi tech/ops/business org opportunities, drive execution of programs/products/operations, pull and analyze data with ease, drive process improvements, and standardize/create scalable processes leveraging technology. This role offers an opportunity to make business-critical decisions that will minimize network costs while continuing to increase the speed at which we deliver our customer orders. · Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or other quantitative discipline from an accredited university OR 2+ years of Amazon experience · Minimum eight (8) years of full-cycle product management experience in a similar environment · Experience in logistics/transportation/supply chain/package delivery/line haul operations · Experience executing supply chain management concepts: forecasting, planning, optimization, capacity management and logistics · Experience preparing RFPs and working with OEMs to understand and finalize the vehicle specifications · Experience performing
