Amazon’s Transaction Risk Management Services (TRMS) team is looking for a passionate, results-oriented Product Manager to drive delivery of projects with huge strategic impact. TRMS designs and builds high performance software systems using machine learning that identify and prevent fraudulent activity. Fraud prevention is a real-money game where our software and analytics teams strive to outsmart those who attempt to defraud Amazon and our customers. As a Product Manager working on Account Integrity, you will drive the roadmap and own goals to reduce bad actor impact on Amazon Customers and the Amazon business. In this role, you will interact with a broad cross-section of the Amazon organization as you clarify ambiguous issues and negotiate effective solutions between development and business teams. You will anticipate bottlenecks and escalate issues when required in order to ensure on-time delivery. Responsibilities: · Manage multiple complex cross-team projects to ensure the integrity
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field · 5+ years of relevant work experience managing large cross-functional technical initiatives in a program and/or product management role · Demonstrated experience writing reports to leadership with topics highly technical and complex in nature · A deep understanding of online fraud, eCrime, trust and safety, or other risk issues · Experience with e-commerce or online payment fraud · Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads · Technical experience including proficiency in SQL
