Amazon is looking for an analytical, driven, and creative leader to join the Consumables Retail Operations and Initiatives (ROI) and ACES team to drive cross-functional projects for our Consumables businesses (Grocery, Health and Personal Care, Beauty, Baby, and Prime Pantry). The Consumables ROI/ACES team owns driving strategic initiatives and key processes across all Consumables product groups for growth, profitability and efficiency and to improve customer and vendor experience. As a Senior Product Manager (PM) within Amazon, you have the opportunity to invent new products and features on behalf of customers. You will get to work cross-functionally to drive ideas from conception to execution, develop marketing plans to drive awareness and adoption, segmenting customers and developing business models, defining and analyzing success metrics, and managing strategic projects. · 5+ years business experience in product development, project / program management, P and L management, operations, financial analysis or customer service preferably with ecommerce or retail experience. · Bachelor's degree required. · Data analysis, problem solving and project management skills. · Excellent skills in Excel or other Business Intelligence or Analytical tools. · Strong written ability to effectively convey product vision.· Master’s degree (MBA, Math, Engineering, Science). · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal · Possesses excellent business
