Amazon’s International Seller Services organization is looking for an organized, self-starter to join as a Senior Product Manager in our International Seller Growth team. This person will be part of a global team that is focused on acquiring new merchants to sell on Amazon and helping existing merchants succeed. The position is based in Seattle, but will interact with global leaders and teams in Europe, Japan, China, and other regions. You will have the opportunity to work with global business leaders to develop and execute strategies that enable growth for new sellers, and take ideas from concept to delivery. To achieve this, you will engage with local and international teams to implement your ideas. You will work closely with global business, product, technology, and finance teams to define and meet ambitious goals. · Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment · UI/UX design experience· MBA and/or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field strongly desired · 4+ years at a top management consulting firm · E-commerce or internet industry experience · Excellent relationship management skills · Experience influencing and working with international teams · Knowledge of online marketing methods, tools and strategies · Experience with SQL or desire to learn · Entrepreneurial spirit with a high tolerance for ambiguity · Strong analytical and problem
