Millions of individuals and businesses use Skype to connect with friends, family, and colleagues to make free video and voice calls, to call landlines and mobiles, send instant messages, and share files. We recently rebuilt all the Skype clients from the ground up on a modern codebase to enable us to iterate quickly on all mobile and desktop platforms. Now we are ready to work on redefining what a Skype call is and does. For this we are looking for a versatile and energetic Program Manager to lead the specification and delivery of key calling experiences in Skype consumer clients. You'll define key metrics to influence positive growth and engagement. You'll use those metrics to prioritize and drive the delivery of features that customers will use daily and love. You'll develop close partnerships with Design and Engineering, as you work with them to deliver amazing experiences to customers

Lead the ideation, UX design, technical development and launch of innovative features. Specify the functional requirements for your feature area/s. Lead design and engineering to deliver experiences that have a soul (not just a feature list!) that our customers will love. Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into requirements and designs. Define and own quantitative metrics for your feature area/s. Work with the analytics team to nail the implementation of the metrics required to understand progress toward our goals. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment
You have 5+ years Product Management experience – designing UX/UI; delivering features to market; driving successful business outcomes. You're looking to join a small, proven team with big aspirations. You love a great challenge, and you're an incredibly fast learner. You're an avid social communicator, deeply familiar with group messaging apps. You ask insightful questions. You love the customer, the end-user. Your product intuitions are derived through the lens of the customer. You are relentless in the pursuit of insight into how the product is doing in market – who loves it, for what scenarios
