Lead internal and external stakeholders to design and implement a portfolio of current and future 21 st Century Jobs, Skills and Employability offerings. Lead complete P and L, customer experience, go to market, program and product management as well as maintenance activities for the current and future product portfolio. Utilize design thinking and other customer centric techniques and methodologies to connect customer desires and needs to product portfolio designs, delivered experiences and value propositions. Create and utilize broad external networks, resources and tools to operate with foresight,
3+ years of experience and expertise using design thinking, the Agile methodology and other methodologies and models to develop a vision, strategy and set of ever green solutions and offerings. 3+ years of experience engaging multiple stakeholders and driving to alignment and action. 3+ years of experience in planning and managing cross-functional efforts. Excellent leadership and coaching skills. Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, employees and teams to envision a different future. Proven leadership in identifying and using foresight to establish a point of view. Demonstrated strength
