Amazon Prime is seeking a strong Senior Product Manager who is customer focused and passionate about creating innovative shopping experiences for Prime members on Amazon. Prime is a high-visibility team within Amazon that is building earth’s largest and most loved membership, connecting customers to the best of Amazon and beyond in ways that add extraordinary value and convenience to their lives. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to define the roadmap of shopping benefits we offer to Prime members globally. The role includes working with technical teams to define requirements and roadmaps for a portfolio of products and also partnering with teams across Amazon to develop programs/offers that deliver value to Prime members. This is a high profile role where you will be engaging with and building deep working relationships with teams from Prime, Payments, Retail and Marketplace and country teams around the globe. § 10+ years of product management experience with high-quality and large-scale services § Demonstrated results working by influencing stakeholders in a highly matrix cross-functional organization § Great communication skills and ability to work effectively on shared projects with both business and technical teams § Knowledge of SQL and Amazon reporting tools § Significant experience using data to drive decision-making § Proven ability to communicate persuasively and to influence others § MBA preferred
