As a Senior Producer, you will work closely with multiple functional teams to ensure smooth operations, updates and engagement of our games, based on real world data and customer feedback. The GaaS producer will be the essential person who help us grow our game business, with key focus on players engagement, directly impacting long term community sentiment. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and reach alignments on live events and release plans Drive production on updates, contents, assets and QA to ensure events, tie-ins and game builds release smoothly and on schedule Coordinate with community team on publication of change logs and highlights with our players Work with teams on pre-release flights and Beta Ensure and monitor game uptime Build workflow for, and respond to, issues escalations and resolutions Strong focus on KPI data and customers driven decision making.
