Amazon is looking for an experienced, talented and highly motivated individual to joinour Customer/Advertising Experience team in Seattle, WA. As a Senior Product and Customer Insights Manager you will diagnose current Amazon advertising product lines, processes, and metrics internally and externally (e.g., comparisons with industry trends), identify opportunities, specify tools/systems requirements for development, prescribe future state recommendations and strategies, and validate the improvement effort. You will help contribute to and own our Advertising roadmap, and will innovate and build new methodologies and products to continuously iterate and improve the Advertising Experience - all in an effort to better serve our customers. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · BA/BS in Business, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Digital Advertising, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent · Minimum 7 years of experience or Master’s degree and 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience · Proven capabilities in rapidly learning new domains to lead domain-specific discussions about processes and metrics · Successful leadership experience in project management and facilitation of large cross-functional teams in business operations and technology process improvement areas and/or Technology Projects · Robust quantitative
