Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Sr. Partner Marketing Operations Manager for the Americas Partner Marketing team. This role will own business planning, reporting and operations for the Americas Partner Field Marketing, and will be responsible for designing and managing the business processes to run the Americas Partner Marketing organization, including investment prioritization, budget allocation and management, and goal definition and tracking. You will work closely with the Head of Americas Partner Marketing, and the leadership team to establish best practices, procedural rigor, operational and process improvement, and analytical insights. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, outstanding business acumen, and exceptional written and oral communication skills. · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field · 5+ years of experience in an marketing operations roles including working with partners · Experience communicating (verbal and written) effectively with both business and technical teams · Experience with project management and process improvement · Experience with marketing tools, channels and activities, specifically the lead generation funnel -Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field -Strong understanding of marketing KPIs
