Amazon Devices are some of the most innovative and fastest growing products at Amazon. This position provides an exciting opportunity to manage Amazon device fulfillment into Retailer channels in North America. This position will be based in Seattle, WA. Candidate will work cross functionally across Manufacturing, Account Management, External Fulfillment Providers and Retailers to ensure sufficient in-stock levels, create unique customer facing displays, manage special retailer programs/sales events and meet retailer on-time performance demands. · Manage day-to-day supply chain operations for digital device Indirect retail channel in US · Ability to undertake contract negotiations with third party service providers under the guidelines of NA senior leadership · Work with operations to ensure predictable, accurate, and consistent delivery of product to the customer · Define and manage execution of projects to optimize supply chain and operations processes - from inception through delivery
· A bachelor's degree · 5+ years of relevant work experience in an operations management or supply chain role · Experience working with international retail, consumer electronics, and/or operations/logistics companies · Experience using Six Sigma or Lean practices to optimize supply chain or operations processes · Experience indirectly leading operational and project teams · Experience managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously · Experience with Microsoft Office Products· An MBA · Experience in warehouse operations and Logistics · Experience negotiating 3rd party logistics contracts
