SDS Senior Operations Program Manager Amazon’s expanding Logistics products and services (e.g. Amazon Shipping, Flex, Amazon Key, and Amazon Global Logistics [AGL]) are creating new customer segments, including drivers, recipients, property managers, and global shippers. Shipping and Delivery Support (SDS) is a customer service organization dedicated to building world class support for Amazon’s transportation products and services across all customer segments. To achieve our mission SDS is seeking a Senior Operations Program Manager that will develop the strategy and implement shipper support for an exciting global logistics product. The capabilities enabled by this product will deliver unprecedented selection and prices across Amazon’s 100MM+ customers, while innovating beyond established supply chain norms. · Bachelor’s degree required (Industrial Engineering, Operations, Management, etc.) · 5+ years’ experience in Cross-border Logistics, Operations, Management or Customer Service · Knowledge of customer service operations and processes (Capacity, Quality Control, Utilization and CX) · Experience managing operations and projects remotely · Demonstrated knowledge of key business financial metrics · Cross-functional Program and Project management experience · Experience using, designing, rolling out, and communicating performance metrics · Candidates must accommodate the flexible works hours required
