We are seeking an action-oriented leader (individual contributor) with demonstrated history of developing best-in-class offerings and used to working in complex matrix organizations, who is craving to be part of a great company in a fast-growing industry. We need someone that will thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to craft a forward-looking offering strategy while clearly outlining the multi-step go-to-market plan necessary to help AWS Customers realize the value from their technology investments. The Sr. Offering Program Manager will work with a team of subject matter
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, business, or related discipline · Experience of 10+ years as an offering or product manager of complex technologies · Track record of shaping business strategy and roadmaps for business outcome-focused, technical products · Strong written communication skills and the ability to influence other teams · Strong judgment and prioritization skills · Strong research and analytic skills · Ability to communicate technical capabilities in business terms · 5+ years in a global hi-tech professional services organization – building and leading consulting businesses
