· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, related field or equivalent professional experience. · 10 years progressive professional experience including 5 years of people leadership. · 5+ years of program management experience. · Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated track record of solving complex problems. · High judgment, able to make sound business decisions in a fast paced, ambiguous environment. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. · Demonstrated track record of building and managing high performing teams. · Experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, Operations or Customer
