The Global Security Operations (GSO) team is seeking an experienced Program Management Office (PMO) Leader to build and manage a centralized PMO. You will directly and indirectly lead a team of Program and Project Managers; and will be responsible for timely and optimal delivery of global programs and projects. You will also responsible for improving efficiency and effectiveness of the Program Management Office by improving governance structure, developing or improving existing playbooks, identifying and executing on opportunities to reduce the time to launch field capabilities to support new mechanisms. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and data-driven, fast-paced environments. You must be able to take an idea and develop it into a broader vision, gain buy in from stakeholders and seamlessly deliver upon it. You must be very comfortable defining, developing and using metrics to drive the vision and manage the business. You thrive in highly ambiguous
· Bachelor's degree in security or a related field · 8+ year of project management experience involving cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies and constraints · 3+ years in defining and managing hardware and/or software new product introduction and sustaining processes · 3+ years working in a customer service driven environment · Experience in the deployment processes and critical success factors in the security industry · Experience leading the design, deployment and support of high-availability, always-on systems · Experience utilizing SharePoint, Excel (pivot tables a plus), and
