Microsoft is seeking a Senior Mechanical Systems Engineer to shape the future of cloud infrastructure. This person will help drive down cost, improve reliability and produce energy efficient hardware to power the cloud. As part of the Datacenter Servers Team (DCS) within Cloud Operations and Innovation, you will with a small set of systems thinkers who are ready to challenge conventional wisdom and develop breakthrough technologies.

Knowledge, experience and skills: 5+ years of server or datacenter thermal design Coursework in Thermodynamics or similar 10+ years server or datacenter design experience BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar Preferred, not required: MS or PhD in mechanical engineering preferred
