As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the system design and verification/validation including (but not limited to): System level and sub-system design responsibilities in the development of concept explorations and technology investigations. Create evaluation models and systems to assess performance investigations for various technology components and product features. Candidate qualifications: B.S. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree or experience level. 7+ years of mechanical product development experience, with at least seven years designing mechanical systems for mid to high-volume consumer electronic devices. Extensive experience designing complex assemblies of injection molded and sheet metal parts for high volume manufacture. Experience with mechanisms preferred. Direct and extensive experience in a wide range of manufacturing processes, materials, and finishes (minimum: injection molding, sheet metal forming, forms of prototyping). Strong knowledge
