We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to manage marketing and merchandising for the Hardlines Accelerator program. In this role, you will build product awareness, create demand, and drive revenues for critical growth initiatives in the Private Brands organization. Key responsibilities: · Drive the marketing vision and strategy for the Hardlines Accelerator program · Set and achieve aggressive growth goals using a variety of marketing, merchandising, and discoverability levers · Write updates for leadership and project manage strategic initiatives across a variety

· 6+ years in marketing, product management, product development, and/or project management is required. · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications · Exceptional written and oral communication abilities · Proficient in Excel and SQL. · Strong analytic skills with experience using qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop marketing strategies. · Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field · Experience with ecommerce marketing, brand management, or private brands in other retailers
