Position Title: Sr. Marketing Manager, Digital Location: Seattle, Washington Position Responsibilities: Drive new customer acquisition to increase foot traffic for Amazon Books, an offline (physical) retail chain. Support efforts to open, optimize, and create new customer experiences by collaborating with data science, engineering and other key stakeholders across multiple teams. Optimize traffic channels including mass media, display ads, and social media. Lead all digital acquisition and engagement marketing, developing and monitoring key business metrics and reports. Identify process and system improvement opportunities. Coordinate and support the development of automated reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions. Manage a team of marketing managers, refining their strategies, prioritizing projects, and implementing individual growth and learning plans for team members
Position Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and three years of experience in online product management, marketing, or merchandising in an e-commerce setting. Employer will accepts a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and five years of experience in online product management, marketing, or merchandising in an e-commerce setting. Two years of experience must involve: direct B2C marketing experience; creating and modifying web content using XML and/or
