The Home Marketing Team is looking for a customer obsessed, think big, results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to shape the CX testing roadmap for Amazon Home. Our mission is to create a world-class experience where customers will discover, research, and buy from the largest selection of home products on the market. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing CX innovation plans, a prioritized roadmap, testing strategy and implementation/scaling of successful tests. · Five years experience operating, managing, and delivering results in a consumer-facing online retail/services marketing or product management role · Proven success in delivering online products and services in a high growth environment · Bachelors/undergraduate degree required · Masters Degree Preferred · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation · Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment · Strong proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statistics software · Proven ability to manage large
