• Bachelor’s degree • 4+ years of marketing experience or program management in a consumer-facing business • Experience analyzing marketing campaigns and traffic patterns to determine if they are meeting business objectives. • Experience with Content Management Systems • Experience with HTML and XML • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations • Proven ability to create customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to an online audience • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting • Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting
