Microsoft's Education Marketing team seeks a seasoned integrated marketer with a passion for driving well-orchestrated campaigns and programs that result in meaningful experiences for our key audiences: teachers, IT decision makers, school leaders and more. The ideal candidate will be equally capable at strategic and tactical levels, have strong creative and analytical capabilities, and possess superior communication and teamwork skills. As part of the campaigns and programs team, the senior marcomm manager will partner with audience marketers, marketing channel owners, cross-company stakeholders and executives to deliver integrated campaigns that generate measurable results. In addition to campaign leadership, this role works across teams to develop collateral materials including content strategy and planning, editorial calendar management

Responsibilities Integrated campaign leadership including campaign strategy, creative development, copywriting, brand alignment, project and workstream management Content strategy and editorial calendar management to ensure compelling and consistent messaging development and usage aligned to core narratives and priorities Collaboration and integration of work with agencies, teammates and cross-company stakeholders Project management to deliver campaigns and programs via day to day contact, status meetings, communications and updates, including monitoring of KPIs and reporting in partnership with
A minimum of 10+ years of related experience working in marketing communications, across a variety of marketing disciplines such as RM, social, events, advertising, or public relations. Demonstrated work examples showcasing impactful creative approaches, the art of storytelling and outstanding verbal and written communication skills - with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues Strong organizational skills and examples of balancing competing projects and priorities Ability to deliver scalable-communication plans from concept to delivery, including an ability to prioritize and manage multiple
