In the role of University Recruiting Account Management Leader, you'll be in the c enter of the action and partnering directly with Microsoft's Go-To-Market businesses and Corporate Functions leaders to influence, drive change and shepherd strong university hiring results in a highly competitive talent market. These businesses include Sales, Services and Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Business Development.
Management and Leadership - Managing a world class group of account managers who partner internally with Microsoft businesses to hire the best and brightest. The position plays a key role in the UR Business Functions leadership team in designing vision and an environment where our team can do meaningful work. A minimum of 5 + years of people management expeirence. Demonstrated success in managing Talent Acquisition (TA) programs and projects in a highly complex and matrixed environment. Bachelors and/or master's degree. At ease working and advising senior business leaders. Exceptional oral and written communication skills with excellent analytical and reporting abilities. Proven people management and team leadership experience. Effective strategic thinking, problem-solving and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner across HR/TA teams to deliver effective business solutions
