Amazon’s Treasure Truck team is looking for someone who can bring a fresh perspective to our retail stores on wheels to join the team. Our real estate is a critical input to the program success given it determines how convenient customers see us and in turn, how much unit volume we can move. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented, customer-centric leader to drive the program’s end to end real estate strategy. You are the end-to-end owner of critical business inputs: identifying the right locations for our pickup points, particularly using geospatial analytics; sourcing and securing locations within these areas; negotiating and managing the cost of each stop; and providing guidance for the Field Team on when to schedule stops to optimize volume. Our ideal candidate will have deep experience in real estate site selection, business analytics, strategic relationship building, negotiations, and team leadership and management. · Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Planning or related field or 3+ years of Amazon experience · 5+ years’ experience identifying and executing successful large-scale, high impact partnership deals, including complex negotiation experience, contract management, and deal management · 5+ years’ of site selection and/or real estate data analytics experience · 2+ years’ of management experience · Strong ability to work in an ambiguous environment, identify and solve novel problems, and manage change · Proven ability to lead cross-functional
