· 5+ years in managing a support or product engineering team · 5+ years of experience in support or software development · Sharp troubleshooting and analytical abilities, excellent communication skills · Strong people management skills · Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive · Technical skills including scripting (Perl, shell scripts, JavaScript). Understanding of web technologies.
