· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline · 10 years experience leading software engineering teams and to deliver commercially successful technology products · 5+ years of direct report leadership experience including managing other managers. · Two plus years of large-scale distributed system design and development experience. · Demonstrated serial success in team building, agile processes, and cloud service development · Has taken software products and services from inception to customer delivery · A track record of successfully participating
