· Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent · 10+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years as a Development Manager · Proven track record of building and leading high performing engineering teams · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders · Ability partner with technical leaders across Amazon to deliver on your teams’ commitments · Strong technical skills in back end or distributed systems · MS in Computer Science or equivalent · 15+ years of industry
