In this role, you will lead a worldwide team and create a strategic vision to drive the improvement of the Selling Partners' experience across their interaction with Amazon, identify unique challenges for these Sellers, build programs to identify defects and drive resolution across Amazon. You will work closely with Amazon internal stakeholder teams globally (ex. product and technology teams, seller support, operations center, country leaders) to understand the needs of Selling Partners in each country who sell domestically and globally. To be successful in this role you will need to be an innovator, communicator, influencer, problem solver and strong at execution. You will need to be highly analytical,

* 10+ Years of project / program management is required. * 5+ years of experience leading teams across geographies. * Demonstrated ability to drive impact through cross-organizational initiatives. * Demonstrated ability to communicate and manage relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive results * Bachelor's Degree * High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. * Master’s in Operations Management, Business, Engineering or related field * Experience in program product / management or management consulting * Experience optimizing for short term execution while planning for long
