This role will drive the annual planning process for the Business Applications Enterprise segment and then monitor performance to identify what parts of the sales model work well and should be expanded as well as where opportunities exist and should be adjusted. It will require close partnership with other corporate teams in product marketing, engineering and M and O to understand roadmaps and ensure we stay ahead of competition. We are looking for candidates with the following experience: 8-10 years of work experience in the IT market; special focus will be placed on candidates with strong experience in SaaS and business application SaaS 2-5 years of management consulting experience in IT, especially from Tier 1 firms Experience with sales model design or sales operations (e.g., sales process, headcount / blueprint design, compensation levers, etc.) Experience working directly with senior sales executives and Field sales teams Experience building forward-looking performance indicators that help anticipate issues A track
