This program will re-invent how Amazon attracts, communicates with, and ultimately hires its hourly associates. · Masters or PhD in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Applied Science or relevant field of study · Minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience · Strong analytical experience driving quantifiable returns on investment · Previous ownership and understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data security · Ability to turn complex problems into simple solutions · Demonstrated experience of identifying, recruiting, and developing a diverse group of data science talent · Track record of managing multiple research and analytical projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment · Can translate
