We are looking for an exceptional senior product leader to drive strategies, tools, mechanisms, and technology innovations to build an effective and sustainable eco system that protects the buying experience on Amazon while minimizing friction for sellers. He/She will manage a cross-functional team of 10+ product managers, program managers, and business analysts, and own key business goals on improving customer product experience and building customer trust. He/She will partner with science team and engineering team to launch products, and with policy and operational teams to launch programs. The ideal leader should have proven experience in business strategy, product development, large-scale execution, entrepreneurial innovation, and people leadership. · 10 years of experience in a product management leadership role · 5+ years of experience managing teams of product managers, business analysts, and program managers · Proven ability to manage and develop a team to deliver the right results · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences · Demonstrated experience working with engineering and science teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline preferred
