We are looking for a seasoned and entrepreneurial product leader to define product vision and lead a business and technical team in executing and delivering innovative solutions. You excel in ambiguous environments where there is no playbook. You have a strong framework for building V1 products while growing a multi-disciplinary team. In this role, you will collaborate with many stakeholders both within Alexa and throughout Amazon. · 7+ years of relevant experience in product management/program management/engineering · 3+ years of managing product organizations to improve the customer experience · Experience bringing new consumer-facing software products from inception to market · MBA · Demonstrated ability to extract and analyze data to make product decisions · Demonstrated ability to drive and prioritize a broad range of product initiatives · Technical aptitude with capacity to dive deep into technical programs. · Entrepreneurial spirit: not afraid to invent and try new things, take calculated risks · Experience building
