PeopleTech is looking for a Sr. Manager, Product Management to lead a strong product management team and build solutions for Amazon's businesses to manage Time and Attendance. What is Time and Attendance (TAA) all about? Enabling businesses worldwide to effortlessly set up time and pay at launch. Employees simply work with worry-free time and pay. TAA serves Amazon employees across 20 countries and more than a dozen business lines. We are a start-up tackling new, hard problems that Amazon has not solved at scale, creating fundamentally improved ways for employees to record time and reduce pay defects. TAA has a balance of start-up vision and operational excellence, technical complexity and clear product definition, and global scope across multiple Amazon businesses. · 8+ years work experience in Product Development or Technology organizations · 6+ years of Product Management experience in highly analytical environment · People management experience, with success developing strong performers and experience coaching and growing team members · Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders · Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps and functional specifications, launching new products, conducting customer research, and facilitating user testing. · Experience working directly with Engineers and UX designers in an Agile development
