This person will lead their team working directly with automakers to create innovative solutions based on Alexa Auto products and services. As Senior Manager of Partner Engineering for Alexa Automotive, you will lead a team that creates solutions that will define the future of voice-forward in-cabin experiences for cars. You will work directly with internal engineering teams, business development, and the automaker's engineering team to define, develop and deliver Alexa Auto solutions. You will take your learnings and discoveries from these projects and drive our roadmap shaping next generation Alexa Automotive products and services. This role is inherently cross-functional. · BA/BS degree · 10+ years of product management experience · 5+ years leading engineering or technical professional services teams in the automotive or embedded space · 5+ years working with or directly supporting partner facing projects and programs· Successful history of creating innovative products that customers love · Excellent communication and persuasion skills; demonstrated success building buy-in for an innovative and bold vision · Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing architectural concepts, schedule trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members · Demonstrated
