· Bachelor’s Degree · Advanced degree in scientific or mathematical area of study · 7+ years of leadership experience leading teams of 100+ individuals · 5+ years of P and L ownership that required you to dynamically understand and change inputs/outputs to drive results or mitigate risks · 5+ years of experience leading teams to deliver innovative, never-been-done-before solutions · Experience in a service-based business with such as retail, travel, restaurants, hospitality, education, healthcare, or banking · Experience implementing and leveraging technology to improve processes · Experience with
