We are looking for a talented Senior Manager of Marketing to join the newly formed Small Business Empowerment team to develop and drive our WW marketing strategy. Small Business Empowerment is aimed at celebrating the small and medium-sized business that sell on Amazon while driving awareness of the value these businesses bring to our customers in the form of unique selection, product expertise and low prices. You will own the branding of the program, our messaging strategy and our marketing channels with both customers and selling partners. You will work closely with a creative team to set the direction for the onsite experience, will partner with an internal agency to deliver mass advertising and will drive our social and influencer strategy. The successful candidate will be an owner and will set a high bar for the onsite experience and will drive alignment with marketing stakeholders WW. · Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing · 10+ years of digital marketing experience · Experience building high performing teams · Brand development experience · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills · Demonstrated ability to deliver online traffic growth from multiple sources including direct, SEO, sponsored links, banners, 3rd party affiliates and email campaigns · Strong data and analytics background to establish the right reporting and metrics · A track record of working effectively with influencers· MBA or Master’s degree in marketing · 15+ years digital marketing experience
