We’re looking for a dynamic Manufacturing Design and Product Introduction leader who combines technical skills with a passion for ensuring all aspects of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) production manufacturing, parts, assemblies and aircraft meet designed specifications. We’re looking for people who innovate and love solving hard problems. You will work hard, have fun, and of course, make history! The experienced candidate will be responsible for developing scalable manufacturing capabilities to meet production goals, and to think big about the factory of the future for Prime Air. As Prime Air moves through the product lifecycle, this leader will be responsible for how our Manufacturing
· 4 year Bachelors or Masters Degree in Industrial Design, Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering · 5+ Years working with real estate and construction leaders to build out new operations · 3+ Years demonstrating superior program management skills to drive complex multi-month / year build outs · 5+ years of presenting defect data, metrics, supplier quality, improvement initiatives and status to top leadership and government officials · 5+ years’ experience with leading managers in either construction, building design, architecture, manufacturing or operations
