· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related technical field · 15-20+ years of relevant engineering experience with 10+ years of people and organizational management experience required · Technical expertise in one or more of : Java services, workflow systems, mobile development on Android or iOS. · Experience leading multiple agile development teams at the same time.Experience leading the delivery of large-scale distributed systems, preferably in the E-commerce space.
