Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Customer References Content Manager to help us level up our global customer success program. Do you love to write and edit? · Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study such as computer science. · 5+ years of work experience in fields such as technical marketing, technical writing, product marketing, or product management.· Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-driven environment. · Ability to self-direct, multi-task, and prioritize assignments. · Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. · Familiar with Chicago Manual of Style. · Creativity and experience innovating in digital marketing channels · The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology
