The Consumables Private Brands team is creating a portfolio of high quality consumables products and is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead the Commercialization Team. The Commercialization team consists of a range of functions including Portfolio/Project Management, Packaging Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations and Quality Management. This position will lead the commercialization of products once a supplier and selection is identified through production manufacturing and to the launch of the product. It will also lead the team to continue developing post launch programs to drive continuous improvement in our suppliers and products. Lastly, it will lead the team in driving full automation of the product development process. This leader will work directly with the Consumables Private Brands Leadership Team to deliver our mission and goals. This role requires expertise in consumer packaged goods manufacturing, a high bar for quality, strong customer obsession, experience

· BA/BS in Mechanical Engineering, Package Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Quality Engineering or related field · 12+ years of experience ideally related to CPG manufacturing and operations, product and supplier quality management systems, project or portfolio management related to product development, or risk management · 6+ years of people management experience · Proficient in communicating and presenting (written and oral) to senior management · Proven track record for cultivating strong relationships with key internal and external partners that have resulted in high customer satisfaction
