Provide change and project management consultation and advisory support to TLI practice areas in partnership with broader Change Management Excellence team Align with program owners on rollout plans for multiple, concurrent, company-wide launches of programs and initiatives Lead planning and development of executive communications for TLI CVP at key events (All Hands, keynotes, Ready, EBCs, exec reviews), thought-leadership (LinkedIn, broad company-wide communications, PR), and broad internal communications (email, Teams posts, Yammer responses) Provide guidance and consultation to program owners
7+ year's experience driving effective and impactful executive and internal communication plans Exceptional messaging and writing skills, including storytelling and a passion for clarity 5 year's project and change management skills including follow-through from idea to execution Ability to drive strong work-back plans to manage and move multiple communication projects and streams of work simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and all other software used to land communications Business acumen, maturity, confidentiality, and experience working with senior executives
