• Bachelor's Degree in a business or quantitative field (engineering, economics, mathematics, business administration). • 8+ years’ hands-on experience leading operational forecasting, staffing, and scheduling for a multi-location operation · 3+ years of experience being a manager of managers. • Ability to coach a team to build complex models using various statistical tools for optimization and then communicating plans or risks clearly. • Advanced experience in analysis, planning, data analysis, and reporting. • Fluency in Microsoft Excel. • Exceptional Analytical, Process and Communication Skills
