The WW Consumer Talent Development team is seeking an inventive, Day 1 thinker to support the design, development and implementation of L and D mechanisms that support Consumer’s strategic leadership pipeline. This position will play a key role in curating and developing scalable learning experiences to build cross-domain fluency for a Consumer-wide leader audience. The successful candidate will be located in Seattle and will have direct interaction with Sr. leaders and HR stakeholders across global Consumer. You will collaborate as part of a core team focused on the implementation of an impactful strategic leadership development and talent management initiative that will have Consumer-wide impact. · 8-10 years progressive experience in learning design and implementation, including significant experience in designing online, interactive solutions at scale. · Experience with learning technologies such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, GoAnimate, or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator. · Advanced experience designing for virtual learning experiences. · Experience leading end-to-end projects for a large organization or cross-functional organization. · Knowledge and application of learning theories and instructional design best practices. · Familiarity with talent management processes
