The Learning and Development team supporting World Wide Business Development, Advertising and Entertainment is seeking a skilled Sr. Learning Experience Designer with the ability to develop and deliver learning experiences in a variety of ways and a strong technical background. Who You Are: You are a key player in designing and developing learning experiences for leadership development and talent management efforts. You are a triple threat: you have a great eye for design and aesthetics, you know all about adult learners, and you are technical enough to pull this knowledge together to build engaging, innovative learning experiences. You can switch from editing a video for a hybrid course to coding a web site to designing a uniform visual look for a suite of learning experiences. You regularly work with Talent Management and L and D business partners, business leaders, and subject matter experts to define talent and L and D needs. You have the ability and initiative to understand critical
· At least 10 years’ experience, with solid career progression in the field of instructional design, including significant experience in designing and delivering e-learning solutions to large organizations. · Advanced experience in learner-focused design and learning technologies such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, GoAnimate, or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator; ability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies, as well. · Ability to code in HTML, JavaScript and/or similar languages to create web sites, learning portals, and other technical assets. · Knowledge of adult learning
