We are currently seeking an experienced, results-oriented Senior Launch Manager to join the Amazon Go Marketing team. As a seasoned leader, you’ll draw on your track record of delivering world-class customer-facing experiences to develop, document, and execute a thoughtful and highly detailed launch strategy. This role will require you to navigate every area of the business, both horizontally and vertically. You will partner with a wide range of teams including customer insights, merchandising, design, operations, and category managers. You’ll communicate your recommendations to the highest levels
· 5+ years relevant work experience in consumer marketing and communications, with a focus on retail (consumables and technology preferred). · 5+ years managing, and scaling complex programs and projects in physical and digital environments. · Expert understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage program risk and allocates scarce resources effectively. · Demonstrated ability coordinating concurrent projects across functional teams, including marketing, operations, design, customer service, business intelligence, and legal. · Strong
