The Core Services Engineering and Operations (CSEO) organization builds and manages the critical products, processes and services that Microsoft runs on. They boldly pursue big ideas that power transformational advances at Microsoft and for our customers, while helping Microsoft teams work smarter, faster and more securely every day. Our Line Solutions team provides world class HR service to the over 3,000 U.S. managers and employees of CSEO. We are looking for an experienced HR partner to lead Employee Relations and Experiences focus area of the Line Solutions team. Members of our team focused in this area are chartered with improving the employee and manager experience by providing support around various HR policies and practices. The Line Solutions Lead will be responsible for planning and landing scalable solutions across both client organizations.
