Lead a globally distributed team of content program managers responsible for sourcing, curating, and publishing content on HRweb Provide content strategy oversight and expertise to guide the team's daily work and bring the long-term content strategy to life. Use data to help stakeholders, leaders, and executives understand how content is performing, areas of opportunity, and to make strategic investment decisions. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proven ability to develop and implement an end-to-end content strategy in a matrixed enterprise environment Strong people management, project management, communications, and cross-group collaboration skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with changing priorities, including negotiating and making trade-offs when necessary Hands-on experience writing, editing, curating, and creating a variety of content types Strong handle on the value and use of style guides, content models, and structured authoring Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience
