The Cloud + AI Platform (C+AI) HR team is currently seeking a Sr. HR Manager in the Business Applications organization. The Sr. HR Manager is accountable for executing the HR Plan for their assigned business/client organization tapping into an incredible wealth of partners and resources to drive an effective execution strategy that elevates the success of the team and business. Key Accountabilities Business Partner - Understand the business and people priorities while collaborating with the HR team to define investments to build organizational effectiveness and advance business results. Change Agent - Partner with, and coach, managers and leaders to facilitate organizational and cultural change. Acquire business sponsorship for HR initiatives. Successfully execute against the HR plan and ROB for the C+AI HR organization. Workstream Lead – Lead and/or support implementation of critical workstreams across the business to enable an effective, impactful people strategy. Ability
