The Experiences + Devices (E+D) HR team is currently seeking a Senior HR Manager to partner with the Devices organization. Our mission is to build products that create and complete magical experiences to empower every person and organization to achieve more. This role specifically will work with the XDM (Flexible Device Manufacturing) and PM (Program Management) teams which are critical to Microsoft's device product development. The work of these teams has propelled Microsoft to the place of being the world's 4 th largest PC manufacturer. Ideally, you are someone who enjoys learning new things and working with various types of hardware development professionals. You will be directly responsible for a global people agenda. You are also someone who likes to work with organizations in transformation and the idea of co-creating and turning new ideas into reality that deliver substantive business impact. You are skilled at finding practical and pragmatic solutions, with a belief in programs

You will engage in projects across the Experiences + Devices HR team to broaden your exposure and impact. As a line Sr. HR Manager at Microsoft, you'll be doing dynamic work including: Partnering with business leaders to drive the people and organization agenda Aligning your work, initiatives, programs, and projects to business drivers and strategy Using systems models, diagnostics, and data to analyze organizational problems and provide solutions Influencing cultural evolution through partnership with talent acquisition, providing context to rewards systems, direct employee engagement, leadership
BS/BA degree is preferred. MBA or MA in HR-related field, along with a PHR/SPHR certification, is preferred 7+ years' HR experience
